2.  Right now the groups priorities are:  Iran, Islamic State and Israel, in that order.  If priorities change, Israel might be facing a serious threat.  Remember that in the past, the Arabs who attacked Israel were always seriously disunited which the Israelis were able to exploit.  On the other hand, if Israel negotiates with the Arab League it could lead to peace whereas the current technique of dealing with small groups of Arabs is clearly a blind alley since the Israelis need to make major concessions to get one small group to settle.]]></description>
