How about putting the blame for silent collapsing of society.. where it belongs?

Blacks are more sensitive than whites in absorbing from osmosis the atmosphere pervading in the air [though they're completely unable to articulate it]

And being on a lower socioracial level, they have less defenses to somewhat insulate themselves from the deteriorating of society

Therefore ,rather than blaming blacks for acting out and thereby conveniently using them as strawmen..

The incompetence of this guy is of history making proportion. He is essentially excusing the rioting as warranted. His statement about “stealing” is also minimizing. The actions of the rioters are acts of WAR. Yes, they are engaged in combat against the system. The approach to these combatants needs to be with nothing less than lethal force. We have all witnessed the masses of angry blacks being completely unable to exercise their First Amendment rights to protest peacefully. When they congregate, it’s all about chaos, mayhem, destruction, and frankly engaging in war against the government at all levels. There is no justification, and never will be. The soft rhetoric by Obama is essentially justifying this madness. The money needed to compensate for this stuff should not come from taxpayers, but from monies otherwise allocated to support black causes. They are entitled to not a dollar of programs intended for civilians, as they have demonstrated they absence of civility. Will we ever witness saichel and morality coming to Washington before the end of this evil administration?
