Why did this teacher not turn to Social Services? Why Whatsapp? This family needs more than shoes and food in the pantry. A real teacher in Bnei Brak would know better, would also enlist the local chessed organizations. Sounds more like the frummie version of emails of “Help I am stranded in Timbuktu – lost my wallet and credit cards.
