Perhaps Israel should go back to the idea of imprisoning from the West Bank Hamas members and then offering them in exchange (a taste of Hamas medicine and a discouragement to further kidnappings) The legal explanation can be membership in a terrorist group

the killers of malachi rosenfeld/rosenberg were released so that gilad shalit could come home!!!
i have nothing against shalit, but i’m just wondering how he feels after being told that malachi was killed (indirectly) by him!!!
