What a misleading headline!

What a shmear!!!!!!

I for one will look forward to having BC salmon on my Shabbat table.
It says seafood! I am not even certain that Canada has a shrimping industry, and believe me those who wish to eat shrimp in Israel already have all they need available!

As part of this deal, it doesn’t seem Israel will be able to export pork to Canada, so if you are going to insinuate wrong-doing on the part of Deri, consider that this deal will not see an expansion of the pork industry in Israel!

YWN terrible job hiding your agenda. In case you did not notice, as part of taking part in an Israeli secular govt, Gedolei Yisrael sometimes are mattir certain compromises as part of Eis Lasos. See R’ Reuven Grazovsky’s sefer Bayos Hazman for add’l details. That is why Reb Arye Deri likely asks them these things and does not ask the YWN Israel Desk.

Even if you observe kashrus, you are still required to know that the plural of “shrimp” is “shrimp”. You never heard Forest Gump say “shrimps.”
