Motzei Shabbos Rally Against the Israeli Right-Wing in Rabin Square

7“Enough Violence! Enough Incitement!” is the banner call behind the motzei Shabbos rally scheduled to take place at Rabin Square in Tel Aviv at 19:30. Sadly, the event will be a left-wing political anti-right-wing rally, which is set to begin well before the end of Shabbos, not an event calling for peace, tolerance and understanding. Mimicking the annual rally marking the assassination of PM Yitzchak Rabin, the event is not used to promote peace but to lash out against the right-wing and religious communities in Israel.

Organizers are using Facebook to get their hate message out, “Enough right-wing incitement! Following a week of violence, incitement and murder we may not remain silent”.

The Facebook page adds “On motzei Shabbos we will shout “enough condemnations. It is time for an iron handed response against Jewish terror!”

  1. The irony is that the left struggled for years to create the “Jewish terror” movement. The Gedolim had positions similar to the one embraced by Satmar today, that one is prohibited from using force and arms to create a Jewish state in Israel. The “left” worked very hard to convince Orthodox Jews to reject the hareidi position and to treat building a Jewish state as someone one could use force for. The “left” thought that once they undermined Daas Torah they would get good secular socialists – instead they got Orthodox Jews who see nothing wrong with defending a Jewish state by murdering Arab babies and stabbing unarmed secular Jews (who were demonstrating against Torah and for doing aveiros).

If they wanted “peace, tolerance and understanding” they would invite the Satmar Rebbes to address the Kenesset, and start working to undo the effects of 100+ years of fanatical secularism and the war with the goyim it resulted in.

    Is that tongue in cheek?
    Or tongue sticking out?

Get back to the archives of history & delve into Arab nationalism.

The Arabs didn’t start objecting to Jews in Eretz Yisrael until the zionists took over the Yishuv and started demanding political control. If we had remained a minority desiring autonomy rather than to rule us, there would have been no war.

The position expressed in ויאל משה is that halacha does not allow to raise an army and chase the goyim out of Eretz Yisrael. When the secular Jews managed to marginalize the hareidim, largely over this issue, they thought they would end up with good secular westerns (in the model of Herzl). Instead they ended up with ultra-nationalists who see nothing wrong with using bloodshed to to create an EretzYisrael to their liking.

Jews who stab unarmed people (even ones protesting against Torah and Ha-Shem), or who murder babies, are what zionism leads to. It isn’t a side effect. It is what happens when Jews are convinced to think and act like goyim.

The Lubavitcher Rebbe spoke about this issue back in ‘the 70s’ It’s NOT true. All the conditions listed in the Talmud re: aggravating the non-Jews were nullified. Poor scholarship by ‘Satmar’ & others. Todah, Shevua Tov
