Zaka announces it has reached a decision to wrap terrorist bodies in regular black bags and not the white Zaka body bags that the volunteers have been using to date for both victim and terrorist.
This, in response to numerous requests that have come into the organization from citizens who claim it is sacrilegious to wrap terrorist remains in body bags that carry the Zaka logo. According to them, “Zaka is an organization with a sacred mission and it is wrong to desecrate the Zaka name with bloodthirsty terrorists.”
Zaka Chairman and Founder Yehuda Meshi-Zahav: “Zaka is an organization entrusted with honoring the dead. Man is made in the divine image – all men, and therefore Zaka carries out its mission in Israel and around the world with dignity and sensitivity, irrespective of religion, race or creed. But when it comes to murderous and brutal terrorists, we too must know how to make a separation between victim and murderer. From today, we have taken this decision not to desecrate or defile Zaka body bags.”

I don’t think they should be covered at all. But if they are covered, good thing to use black bags.
The British, during the mandate, would cover troublesome Arabs who died in pig skin and bury them. They didn’t think twice about offending muslims. And the Arabs got the message.
