It appears gunfire was directed at security forces in the area.

07:44: Gunfire was directed at a vehicle near the Me’oras HaMachpelah. Miraculously, no one was killed or injured. The vehicle was hit by gunfire.

A similar miracle occurred last night when gunfire struck a vehicle between Givat Assaf and Beit El in the Shomron as daily Islamic terror attacks against Jews continue throughout Israel.

08:42: The vehicle’s driver’s door window was hit by the gunfire. The car was parked in the lot by the Machpelah. It appears the gunshot was sniper fire.
