Haifa: Court Rejects Request For A Restraining Order Against HKBH

1

Hearing the case was Justice Ahsan Knaan who heard what 64-year-old David Shushan had to say. “I have been complaining to Israel Police against HKBH for three years. Police visited me some ten times in the past three years. He [HKBH] has begun to act very harshly towards me”.

Police were frustrated as the complaints and calls continued, until Shushan was advised to take out a restraining order against HKBH to distance him.

The court understood who was standing before it, adding the request to distance HKBH does not require legal intervention but attention from other professionals. The request for a restraining order was denied.

  1. #2, it’s actually SHUSHAN making PURIM out of the court system.

On a more serious note, this action makes him an אפיקורס דאורייתא ר”ל

  2. Funny at first, but then very sad considering the poor fellow’s skewed thinking that a lawsuit would somehow bring him relief from his pain.
