Police are looking for a man suspected of exposing himself to a Frum mother and daughter in Lakewood, TLS is reporting. The mother and teen daughter were reportedly walking in the area of East 7th and Somerset Avenue on Sunday afternoon when a driver passed by and called them over to the vehicle.
After walking over to the vehicle – perhaps thinking he wanted directions – the man exposed himself to them. The pair fled and phoned police.
The suspect is described as a white male with a goatee, and driving a black SUV.
Anyone with information is asked to phone police immediately.

To Nos 1 and 2. I don’t think this is a joke…There is no such thing as “appropriately” exposing yourself to women and children. those who engage in this behavior are a risk to the tzibur and should be punished and forced to register as offenders. Sadly, there seems to be an increase in these type of so-called “non-violent” incidents and the courts have tended to let first-time offenders off with no jail time as long as they promise to seek counseling.
This is such an old trick of theirs. When it happened to friends of mine when we were young they just gasped, laughed and walked away. Nowadays though these things must be reported before it escalates.
