Four youths, residents of Elad, were arrested on suspicion of vandalism. They allegedly punctured the tires of two vehicles, stole fire extinguishers and sprayed them in a park.

They are also alleged to have threated at least one city resident with a knife after the person commented on their unacceptable conduct. They allegedly threatened a minor who walked together with his family and dog, threatening to cut an ear of the dog.
