Cofix NIS 5 Coffee And More Under The Badatz Eida Chareidis Too

4Cofix has become a common name in some Israeli cities including Jerusalem, responsible for driving down the cup of coffee in more expensive chain. It was Cofix that introduced the NIS 5 for anything and everything sold in the store, including coffee, ice coffee, a morning pastry, sandwiches and much more. In Jerusalem, many are mehadrin, under the Rabbinate but for those who rely on the Badatz Eida Chareidis, the inexpensive products remain out of reach.

However, now the company plans to target chareidim as there are going to be branches with a hashgacha from the Badatz Eida Chareidis.

The chain already operates in Bnei Brak and it is now preparing to make its move to the chareidi areas of the capital with a new sign that includes the Eida logo.

The chain plans 20 stores chareidi stores in phase one area in the hope of becoming a dominant entity in the frum community. The company is opening a new plant in Yavne that will produce many of the products including sandwiches, salads and more, under the hashgacha of the Eida Chareidis. NIS 5 million is being invested in the new factory, which will be capable of producing 500,000 items monthly.

Cofix CEO Chaim Aharon is confident the first 20 branches in chareidi areas will create new realities for this tzibur and he hopes to see the new chareidi stores opening in chareidi population centers in cities around Israel.
