An Arab resident of Issawiya slammed into the gate of Yishuv Adam with a rented vehicle on Thursday evening. The vehicle slammed into a police vehicle with great force, slamming the police car into the gate at the entrance to the Binyamin Regional Council community in the Shomron.

Three persons with light injuries were transported to Jerusalem hospitals.

“The attacker injured three civilians who have been evacuated to a hospital to receive medical treatment,” the IDF sais in a statement.

The attacker was treated and arrested.

Police said they are treating the incident as a vehicular ramming attack and not an accident.
