YWN regrets to inform you of the Petirah of Rebbetzin Gittel Cohen A”H, the mother of HaRav Simcha Bunim Cohen Shlita, the Rov of Ateres Yeshaya in Lakewood. She was around 90 years ol.

Rebbetzin Cohen was a daughter of the previous Mattestarfer Rav, and Einikle of the Chasasm Sofer and granddaughter of the Chassam Sofer. She was approximately 90 years old.

The Levaya will be held on Erev Shabbos at 3:00PM in Ateres Yeshaya, 908 East County Line Road. The Kevurah will be in Lakewood.
