[Click on image to enlarge] A boycott effort against the Electra Company, which manufactures air conditioners and other appliances, is underway due to the firm’s connection to chilul kevarim in the Jaffa area of Tel Aviv.
The flyers and notices circulating in chareidi areas state the Electra Real Estate firm operating at the Jaffa excavation site is part of the Electra Company mentioned above, actually with pashkavilim stating the firm is playing a leading role in the excavations.
At present, the pashkavilim are signed by the “action committee” and obviously absent are the names of prominent rabbonim.

these are the same chareidim that dont go to the army or get jobs because they are learning all day, and thats admirable…BUT WHY ARENT THEY LEARNING?!?
So who has the concession for ‘Mehadrin’ air conditioners?
