“TorahYid”, stop judging the “size” of gedolei Yisroel. R’ Michel Yehuda is a go’on olom of the old school, sulom mutzov artza, v’rosho magiah hashomaymoh. Just because he doesn’t constantly propagandize about himself all over, he doesn’t become less important as a manhig Yisroel. Besides, if you read the article carefully, you’ll notice that beyond the clear and unequivocal support of R’ Michel Yehuda, Lazerson is also claiming that Baumel, Maklev, and Gafni misled Rav Elyashiv (who is now sitting shiva, r”l). I’m taking no side here, and I don’t know any facts, but from the article it seems this is Lazerson’s point of view.

hilarious, if it wouldn’t be so sad. Why can’t the Gedolim just come out and say what they think. All of our gedolim in the last generations, were always up to date on all their info, no need for interm. and said out loud what they thought.
