None were called to the stand for cross-examination.

How can parents be threatened with fines or jail if they were never cross-examined?

I have repeatedly informed this site that 30% of the girls attending Beis Yaakov Chasidi of Emanuel are Sephardic. Additionally, many have blended heritage.

On April 29, the parents of the Beis Yaakov Chasidi, Emanuel were summoned to court. Only half were allowed in to the court room, since the court was crowded with spectators – which makes little sense. Why did the court not remove the spectators and make room for those subpoenaed?

That is another indication that this whole process is a media fabrication and miscarriage of justice.
