4:35PM EST: Monsey Hatzolah is on the scene of a child struck by an auto on Remson Avenue & Hilda Court.
Injuries are reportedly serious, and a chopper was initially requested, but due to to an extended arrival time, it has been cancelled.
Monsey Hatzolah Paramedics are transporting the child by ground to a Manhattan hospital with a NYSP escort.
