As far as I can tell the site is still down, with the same message. On the rare occassion that I did get a login screen, it would not proceed but froze.

I JUST LOGGED ON TO MY CHASE ACCOUNT ONLINE BANKING
JUST 2 MINUTES AGO,
and everything works perfectly fine!
