Grey, as in “Grey’s Anatomy” is a popular TV series that many many people watch. A season finale is the final episode in the season (a season usually lasts about 3 months). It’s when the plot for that season finally gets resolved, and either it introduces a small bit of the next plot for the next season, or it leaves some questions unanswered so that people will still watch the new episodes. But overall, the season finale is meant to bring a sense of closure to that season.
