A serious problem that hasn’t been addressed yet is that the largest source of funding comes from tuition paid by Americans for their children learning in Israel, and that many Americans (especially if any of their ancestors ever lived in Israel since 1948) may be reluctant to go to Eretz Yisrael with the Israeli conscripting everyone at age 18.
