The parents have rights and can offer specific exemption forms and legaly the school is protected. So, the community doesnt understand why Bais Yaacov of BP is being very tough & not respecting the parents “Rights”
I just know that many people are very disturbed that this child is sitting home for 4 weeks already without anyone in the school taking any responsability. Maybe Rabbi E. was hinting to Senator Feldor to advacate for this poor child.

I heard from very reliable sources that Bais Yaacov of BP kicked a 10 year old child out of the building and the child is sitting home for 4 weeks already. The neighbors and parents of the class are very upset with BYBP over this. The principal is being very tough over some policy they recently started to enforce related to Vaccination.
