12:00PM EST: A vehicle with a mother and two children has overturned on the NYS Thruway and traffic is backed up. The accident in on the Southbound Thruway just a few miles south of the Harriman Toll Plaza.
Rabbi Abe Friedman NYST Chaplain tells YWN that Boruch Hashem only minor injuries are being reported.
