A 29-year-old Israeli was R”L murdered on Monday night (11:30PM) after Arab terrorists ambushed his car and sprayed it with gunfire. The attack occurred near the Arab village of Funduk between the settlements of Kedumim and Karnei Shomron, in the northern West Bank.
Magen David Adom paramedics who were arrived on the scene found the victim in traumatic arrest. Their desperate attempts to save the mans life were unsuccessful, and he was R”L pronounced dead on the scene.
The IDF quickly closed down numerous roads in the area in search of the attackers.
The mans name has not yet been released.
At approximately the same time, IDF forces prevented an attempt by Arab terrorists to infiltrate Netiv Ha’asarah (a Jewish town adjacent to Gaza) – and carry out a terrorist attack.
According to Arutz 7, security forces spotted three armed terrorists as they were crossing into Israeli territory, and opened fire on them. One of the terrorists was killed and two were injured. No soldiers were injured in the incident.
