Attorney Yoram Sheftal, who is representing Elor Azariya, has announced he plans to appeal the case to the High Court of Justice.

Azariya was found guilty of manslaughter by a military court, sentenced to 18 months imprisonment. Sheftal appealed to a military appeals court which upheld the conviction and sentence.

According to a Channel 10 News report, Sheftal has decided that they will once again appeal the lower court’s decision.
