Israel: High Court Ruling Regarding Detained Migrants


The High Court of Justice has ruled if Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit does not approve the government’s latest solution, the detained migrants will be released within five days. The court handed down its ruling on Tuesday, 25 Nissan pertaining to the ousting of the migrants to a third country, which is believed to be Uganda, pertaining to 200 illegals being held in the Saharonim Detention Facilty.

The court set the deadline at Sunday, 30 Nissan at 12 noon, stating if the matter is not closed and approved, the 200 illegals will be set freed at that time.
