Arab Terrorists & Their Families Earning Big Money – Bill Aimed at Deducting their Salaries from PA Tax Revenue

The current US Trump-led administration has called on PA Chairman Abbas to stop the policy of paying salaries to imprisoned terrorists and/or their families, in cases they are killed. However, the PA leader remains defiant and clearly, in the PA (Palestinian Authority), terrorism pays.

Ahead of the Knesset vote on the ‘Offsetting Salaries of Terrorists’ bill on Monday, 22 Iyar, a bill initiated by Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman, the Defense Ministry revealed the numbers behind the terrorists. Among other things, the murderers of the Salomon and Henkin families, and the murderers of Rabbis Shevach and Ben-Gal, will earn more than NIS 10 million each until the day they die.

Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman said, “I call on all Knesset members to join us, to vote for the law and to put an end to this absurd theater, and every shekel transferred to the murderers will be deducted from the PA’s tax revenues, as per the language of his bill.

The Knesset will vote in its first reading on the Offsetting Terrorist Salaries bill, a bill formulated by the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Justice and all the security bodies in the State of Israel.

According to the bill, all salaries paid by the PA to terrorists and their families, more than NIS 1 billion a year, will be deducted from the PA budget and transferred to a special fund for the compensation of terror victims.

The terrorists and the numbers:

Omar Abu Jalal, 19, is accused of murdering the Salomon family, and has already earned 12,200 shekels (his monthly salary is NIS 1,400 for the first three years, as is customary in the PA’s salary table). Expectations of accumulated salary at the age of 80: 12,604,000 NIS.

Kareem Fatehi Lutfi Razek (23) was convicted of the murder of the Henkin parents and sentenced to two years in prison and another 30 years, and has already earned NIS 40,600 (his monthly salary is still NIS 1,400 for the first three years) PA). Expectations of cumulative salary at the age of 80: 11,232,000 NIS.

Ziad Ziad Amar (29). He was convicted of the murder of the Henkin couple and sentenced to two life sentences and another 30 years, and has already earned NIS 40,600 (his monthly salary is still NIS 1,400 for the first three years, as is customary in the PA’s salary table). Expectations of cumulative salary at the age of 80: 10,056,000 NIS.

Yihya Haj Muhammad (27). He was convicted of the murder of the Henkin couple and sentenced to two life sentences and another 30 years, and has already earned NIS 40,600 (his monthly salary is still NIS 1,400 for the first three years, as is customary in the PA’s salary table). Expectations of accumulated salary at the age of 80: 10,080,000 NIS.

Abd al-Hakim ‘Asi (19). Charged with the murder of Rabbi Itamar Ben-Gal and was arrested about a month ago, so far NIS 1,400. (His monthly salary is still NIS 1,400 for the first three years as is customary in the PA’s salary table). Assuming that he will be sentenced to life imprisonment, a cumulative wage expectation will be reached at the age of 80: NIS 12,604,800.

Ahmed Nasser Jarar, murderer of the Rabbi Raziel Shevach at the Gilad Farm Junction was killed during an attempt to capture him, and his family now earns NIS 1,400 a month (starting salary for the first three years), up to NIS 5,600. If the terrorist were to be expected, his family would receive an allowance for an unlimited period of time and in accordance with the accepted salary scale in the PA.

The legal proceedings of another person involved in the murder (Ahmed Kunba) are still ongoing, and to date, his cumulative salary is NIS 5,600.

Due to their prolonged imprisonment, all of the murderers mentioned in the notice will be entitled, if released, to a position of minister or alternatively a general. If they are released prematurely or if they die, they or their family will be entitled to continue to receive wages indefinitely.

  1. What is their monthly salary after 3 years? Do they get a raise?

If their families continue to get a salary indefinitely after they die or are released, why do these calculations assume an 80-year life expectancy?

Most confusing of all is the mysterious math calculations. If they earn 1,400 NIS per month (as is customary in the PA’s salary table) that equals 16,800 NIS per year. If the terrorist YM”SH is 19 and we calculate until 80, that means 61 years (assuming that the PA will still be around that long.) My calculator shows that to be 1.02 million NIS, not 12 million! All the other numbers are equally unexplained. Unless they get a 1000% raise after 3 years?
