Hamas Rejects IDF Shipment Of Humanitarian Aid Because of Hebrew Lettering On Boxes [VIDEO & PHOTOS]

The Hamas-led organizers of the violent Palestinian protests along the Gaza border have rejected a shipment of medical aid from Israel — despite widespread shortages of key supplies in the wake of deadly violence this week.

The Supreme Committee of the ‘Great Return March’ said Wednesday the Palestinians would not accept medicine “from the murderers of our people.” It accused Israel of “trying to improve its black image.”

A spokesman for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu indicated Hamas declined the shipment because the boxes had Hebrew letter written on them.

Israel is working to transfer the humanitarian aid to Gaza through the Kerem Shalom Crossing despite the continued Hamas-incited violence.

The IDF Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) and the Gaza DCO (District Coordinating Office) had joined together to send six trucks with medical equipment to Gaza. Four of the trucks were from the Palestinian Authority and the other two are from UNICEF.

In addition, in order to increase aid, two additional trucks with medical equipment were transferred by the IDF’s Technology and Logistics Division.

The aid packages included medical equipment: liquids, bandages, child care equipment, disinfectants and auxiliary equipment. This shipment of medical equipment was an addition to 53 tons of additional medical equipment that were coordinated this week.

  1. What a great idea, help the terrorists recover. Brilliant idea. Good thing there’s Hamas rejecting this aid showing Israel how stupid the idea is.

  2. Do the math, if 50 out of the 62 fatalities were Chamas terrorists, a similar percent of the 1500 injured are terrorists as well.

  3. @litvishechossid on the contrary. Now we can show the world that we tried to help and the arabs refused help.

We all know ut won’t help, but it was a valient attempt by the IDF at making Israel look better.

  4. @ uncleBen is right if 50 out of 55 where hamas guys…. and there where 50,000 ppl there!!! Are there 43,000 hamas terrorist??
