It’s a very big question if it’s really the kever, that said we should never give another square centimeter in our land to those AKU”M, out aim should be to get more of the lands held by the vatican and other orders back into Jewish hands and not the other way around.

this is foolish even if it was 100% legally theirs would we say that that is irrelevant for example if it was rochel imeinu

it would be of no consequence david hamelech or his kever has no connection to the vatican or the sikhs for that matter either… a couple of legal issues mean anything??
