While having not been there I can’t say that the residents were right (or wrong), one has to have some sympathy for people who never know when their own brothers, their own Jewish army that is supposed to be there to PROTECT them, may get orders to expel them from their homes. Its a bit hard to feel achdut with “brothers” who, given the order, will beat you to a pulp (as in Amona) and trash your home (as in Gush Katif). Very Sad that Israel has “leaders” that have demonized a segment of their own people. HaSh*m yirachaym…
