If the Navi, Sanhedrin, or Tanna gave a p’sak, the Yidden in Bavel did not listen?
U R mixing up your history, the Yidden in Bavel did not heed to the words of Ezra from Yerushayalim to return and considered themselves much more chasuv than the Yidden in Israel.
Did you ever wonder why majority of yeshivos learn the Talmud Baavli and not Talmud Yerushaylmi?

the only reason why the Hamodia doesnt write about the machlokes in the elections are because:
1) they dont have to write about things that include machlokes, which sometimes can make it seem as if they are taking sides. This is one thing they dont want. Even if they write it in a very neutral way the readers that are extremely into the elections whichever side they are on will define the article in such a way which will make the Hamodia seem Biosed.
2) the things that the poskonim poskin there in israel don’t have anything with us and will not help any of us either so why put it in?

Ah BH the soton of sinaas chinom and machloikis is alive and well. I sometimes wonder why we all say ani maamin b’vias hamoshiach every day. The Bostoner Rebbe Shlita of Israel has called for sholom. Meanwhile another chareidi group is looking for investors in a newspaper which is highly likely to pursue more machloikis. Keep it up guys. I kinda like it here in New York City in galus. Nice house, nice corporate america job bh. Who needs ahavas yisroel and peace and moshiach anyway?

The hamodia did have coverage of the elections, all they left out was the machloikes and chillul hashem that went on. and KOL HAKOVOD they left it out.
If you want read about machloikis you can buy the the yid, the blatt, etc.

Uh guys they r talking about the israeli hamodia which is not related to the american one.
The american hamodia is an awesome paper well written and “mature”.
