Lupolianski tried to fire Chavilav many, many times, but was told it’s not legal to do so – Chavilav is the attorney who was supposed to represent the Jerusalem Municipality – of course he said it’s illegal to fire him.
After a legal battle lasting years, the courts decided that Lupolianski could fire Chavilav after all, but Nir Barkat is already on his way in.

It is unforgiveable that Lupolianski did not get rid of this SonEi YisRoel during his administration.
