As for refusing to answer questions, that is a right anybody in any free country has. Her unwillingness to admit to their claims is the source of her “uncooperativeness”. It is clear that there is no evidence against her, as they are desperate for an admission of guilt. They should just charge her, and allow the trial to proceed so she can answer the charges and the rumors can end.
