By this standard, virtually all war probably constitutes a “crime against humanity”. No hiddush here.

Considering that many if not most wars have been fought over money (and real estate disputes are no more than mere דיני ממונות), most people in the world might agree. Indeed, over 80 years ago almost all the countries of the world signed a treaty to outlaw war (didn’t do much good, but its the thought that counts :-) )
