Why doesn’t the police force go through the same area dressed as civilians and do away with these hoodlums when they are attacked?

Perhaps they could have used a different route and perhaps they for their own safety had no business choosing an obviously dangerous area if a safer route could have been used.

However it is a sad commentary that Jews in the Israel have to worry that Arabs who get ahold of Jews, in “the wrong area” can get away with such violence and attempted murder.
