I still dont get it this peace talk? What possible peace can there be with Palestinians whose only goal is to see Israel’s destruction ? between Hiztbullah and Hamas and Abbas who is Clinton, obaman trying to fool with “Peace Talks”?
Bibi knows this too!

Years ago under the regime of Yitzchak Rabin the infamous negotiations began with the Arab leaders. Everyone knew when they would arrive at 1. Status of Yerushalayim and 2. Arab Refugees returning to Israel the entire edifice would collapse.

Bibi never meant that 2 states would mean giving away part of Yerushalayim. The part of Yerushalayim that the Arabs are in currently isn’t really Yerushalayim anyway, except for the parts of the Old City, which they would never get, under anybody’s plan, not Labor, Not Likud et al. This is a normal cycle of rhetoric. Israel says we build, USA says you can’t do that and after a few days everybody settles back and we build.

You see he talks about “those (Jewish) neighborhoods” are part of Jerusalem.
He does NOT say he will not give away neighborhoods OF JERUSALEM that are currently occupied by arabs.
In other words, he first redefines what Jerusalem is (i.e. the Jewish neighborhoods)
and THEN says he wont divide it.

I will say it again & again & again. They are blanking themselves each and every time they refer to cities as settlements. As long as they keep demeaning these cities by referring to them as lowly settlements or outposts, they only make these cities more and more illegitimate.

The first sentence in this article makes it clear that it is an opinion piece rather than a straight news report. As an opinion piece, the slant is not in line with Daas Torah as expressed by our Gedolim. based on years of mesorah in how to live among the nations.
