An estimated 6,000 Israelis will be spending Pesach in resorts in Sinai, opting to ignore a travel advisory from Israel’s Counter-Terrorism Bureau.
The current alert not only recommends against visit now or on Pesach, it urges any and all Israelis in Sinai to “leave immediately” amid credible terror threats of plans to abduct and kill Israelis.
