No one should be threatened, either for allegedly joining in a dishonest lawsuit or for educating one’s children according to one’s conscience and beleifs.

The parents of the Beis Yaakov Chasidi, Emanuel, followed their conscience and founded a new school with a stricter level of observance. In this school studied Sephardim, Ashkenazim, blended, etc

Then the supreme court threatened/ordered them to return to the original more lenient school.

They signed up their girls in the Beis Malka school of Bnei Brak. On the first day of attending school, Sunday May 30, television crews showed up in Emanel in the early morning and followed the public transportation bus to Bnei Brak, and filmed the girls entering the school (and who are of the following origins: Yemenite, Moroccan, Kurdistani, Persian, Iraqi, Egyptian, Old Yishuv Edut HaMizrach, Russian, Polish, German, etc) who were simply attending the school of their choice.

That afternoon, the administration of Beis Malka phoned the parents and said, sorry, but the ministry of education forbids us to accept any girls from Emanuel.

So no one should be threatened. Not for allegedly participating in a media fabrication and miscarriage of justice, or for simply attending the school of their choice.
