Since Hamas took over Gaza, HAMAS is responsible for everything that is happening in the GAZA. THEY are responsible for the care and welfare of the people of GAZA. if the people of GAZA need any humanitarian aid, HAMAS should leave so the people of GAZA can receive whatever the RED CROSS deems necessary.
