Spring Valley officials will hold an emergency meeting today to discuss the renewing of its insurance which covers its vehicles such as police, fire, and other village vehicles. Mayor Demeza Delhomme is holding the emergency meeting this afternoon to try and seek the board’s approval and avoid the possible shutdown of the village.
The police is scheduled to expire on Monday.
