Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced this morning that all lanes of the Long Island Expressway are open. All service roads and ramps are open and passable. All other New York State highways on Long Island are open and passable, but some snow and ice is likely to cover roadways in some areas. Motorists should use extreme caution.
