Creamsicle Pops

Back to childhood…

1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 pint orange sherbet, softened
10 popsicle sticks

Line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with plastic rap. Spread half the vanilla ice cream along bottom of pan. Cover with orange sherbet and top with remaining vanilla. Place sticks into the ice cream in 2 rows. Cover and freeze until firm. Cut into pops and serve.
