Hate crime in Southern NJ


APP: Dover Township – A car, a truck, a wooden bridge and a driveway were spray-painted with vulgar sayings and swastikas early Tuesday morning, Police Chief Michael G. Mastronardy said.

The four incidents of criminal mischief happened on Lester Road in the township’s Brookside section. Swastikas were spray-painted in green paint on a driveway and on a wooden bridge at Breezy Oaks Drive and Lester Road.

An additional vulgar saying was spray-painted on the bridge. A parked car and a parked truck were also spray-painted, the chief said.
