INN: Rabbis in Jerusalem’s Meah Shearim neighborhood, a bastion of hareidi-Orthodox Jewry, are calling for round-the-clock recitation of Psalms, prayers and Torah study in response to the spreading warfare on Israel’s northern and southern borders. Rabbis are calling on participants to sign up for shifts, to man synagogues and study halls round-the-clock during these critical days.
