The Arabs, especially the Palestinians, are the same race as the Israelis, no matter how “politically incorrect” that is for either of us. Even on a DNA level, it appears that Ashkenazim are closer to the Palestinians than to any group of non-middle eastern goyim (except for the Kurds, perhaps). The middle east conflict may be about ethnicity or religion or culture (and many would say, about dimei mamonos), but it isn’t about race.
