**UNIFIL soldiers found a “moderate quantity of explosives” hidden in a tool kit of a garbage truck outside their S. Lebanese base. Two males in the truck were taken into custody for questioning.
**A shul in a Paris suburb was hit with a firebomb causing a small fire. No injuries were reported.
**Southern area unemployment services have returned to partial operations.
