The ZIP for Efrat is 90435; for Beit El 90631; for Ariel is 40700. Need I carry on? It is reasonable to say that some smaller far flung communities may need service from a sub-contractor at a small delivery surcharge as in the case with very distant small comm8unites in the USA. However I cannot see UPS denying service to communites 30 minutes drive from Washington DC. Efrat, Beit El and Ariel are all 30 minutes drive from the capital of the State of Israel.
