I don’t know if there was ever a more opportune time for this event. While our enemies gather and gain support even from an extreme group from within our community, we can show hashem that we love his children by supporting Lev L’Achim.
Rav Shtainman Shlit”a who lives and breathes this cause recently gave a chilling moshul to the work of Lev L’Achim.
He said imagine lo aleinu a parent loses a child and is distraught as can be expected. Then imagine a short time later a knock on the parents door telling them their child is alive and well and anxious to be reunited.
That is the work of Lev L’Achim. Hakudosh Boruch Hu loses children from time to time as they leave the derech hatorah. Lev L’Achim knocks on Hashem’s door k’vayochel, and says we have your children alive and well anxious to be reuinted.
The Brochos that the Gedolim in Eretz Yisroel offer to those who participate in funding Lev L’Achim are great.
