Does anyone notice that one thing is missing when having a major argument with ones spouse, child or friend ? Give up ?? The one thing that's missing is that nobody is calling the other person by their name. People love to hear their name !!! They feel good about it and it shows that even in the heat of an argument their spouse or friend respects them enough to mention their name. Try it. It works.

to sayitlikeitis: I hope that you attend this seminar, and learn that communication is not only about saying whatever is on your mind but understanding that there are other possible opinioins. You have prejudged, and your assumption is biased. The need is strong for both genders, but the problem is that many peopel have pre conceived notions that affect their ability to communicate correctly.
