in which case i guess these could be considered to not be classed as terrorism.

whatever ones technical protocol is for defining evil, everyone on all sides really knows exactly what this is, (except perhaps the rabid liberals who lie even to themselves)
political correctness will of course be the main consideration for the governmental agencies and media, until they are again shocked to the marrow as happened 9/11.
